Dr. Catharina Conrad
Pronouns: She/her
I have been a licensed attorney specializing in labor law and criminal law since January 2024. My labor law practice also includes anti-discrimination law in particular.
Combating gender-based violence and eliminating patriarchal power structures are central legal policy concerns for me and shape my work as an attorney.
After studying law in Bremen, I earned my doctorate in criminal procedural law. During my legal clerkship in Berlin, I focused particularly on anti-discrimination law, working at the Berlin Public Prosecutor's Office's Hate Crime Unit, the Berlin State Office for Equal Treatment – Against Discrimination, and the non-profit organization HateAid. After passing my second state examination, I worked as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in labor law from January 2024 to August 2025.
I am a member of the German Women Lawyers Association (djb) and deputy chair of its criminal law commission. I am also a member of the Republican Lawyers Association (RAV).
